It All Started With a Deep Need to Heal…
Hi, I’m Allie Stark — founder of Nourish Organic Juice Bar.
Back in 2019, I found myself at a personal crossroads. I was grieving the loss of my mom, struggling with my health, overweight, and completely disconnected from myself. Despite trying everything conventional medicine offered, I still felt lost and sick — with a long list of symptoms no one could explain. Deep down, I knew there had to be another way.
So I started listening to my body.
Through testing and relentless self-advocacy, I discovered I was dealing with Epstein-Barr, Lyme disease, Hashimoto’s, and severe gut dysbiosis — but even more impactful, I realized just how much emotional trauma and stress were contributing to my illness. I dove into healing on every level: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
I cleaned up my lifestyle, juiced my heart out, lost 100 pounds, and slowly reclaimed my health. But something was missing...
I craved a place where people like me — navigating illness, burnout, or just trying to feel better — could go and feel safe, nourished, and empowered. A place that didn’t just offer clean food, but also hope, education, and connection to nature.
So I built it.
Nourish was born from that sacred place between pain and purpose. It’s more than a juice bar — it’s a space for healing. Every smoothie, latte, juice, bowl, and mocktail is designed to support the mind, body, and soul. Everything we serve is organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from refined sugar — because we believe your food should love you back.
Located at the beautiful Stone Bank Farm Market, we’re deeply rooted in community, sustainability, and nature. And as my personal mission continues to grow, I’m expanding Nourish to include holistic coaching and wellness offerings (coming Fall 2024) to support your healing journey from the inside out.
